LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Turn required training into your own platform

We convert instructor-led and document-based training into a structured online course — modular content, assessments, certificates, and reporting that satisfies whoever is asking for it.

  • Built on open-source platforms — no proprietary software, no per-seat licensing traps or lesson limits
  • Hosted, monitored, and maintained by us in Azure, or the hosting systems you already use
  • Scoped to your deadline, with the timeline agreed before the build starts
Talk about your training

WHERE THIS USUALLY STARTS

You may already have the material, but is it a course?

Most of the organizations we work with are already delivering the training — in a room, over a call, or as a PDF somebody emails out. What they don’t have is a way to prove who completed it.

A two-hour session becomes a slide deck, then an attendance sheet, then a spreadsheet nobody trusts. The content is fine. The delivery and the record-keeping are what break down, usually at the moment someone asks for evidence.

WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

Everything the training has to do, in one system

Modular course delivery

Content broken into sections with a defined progression, so learners move through it in a sensible order rather than scrolling a wall of text.

Assessments and scoring

Knowledge checks inside modules and a final assessment at the end, with pass marks and scoring logic you control.

Certificates on completion

Generated automatically when the rules are met, tied to the participant record so a certificate can always be traced back.

Accounts and role-based access

Learners, administrators, and reviewers each see what they should and nothing they shouldn’t.

Administrative dashboards

Live view of enrolment, progress, completion rates, and assessment performance — without asking us to run a query.

Exportable records

CSV export and scheduled reports shaped to the fields your own systems expect, including any identifier you issue.

HOW THE BUILD RUNS

Six phases, start to live

Phases overlap deliberately — content structuring starts before discovery closes, and the build starts before content is finished. That is what keeps a tight timeline realistic instead of optimistic. The schedule itself is set per project, against your deadline.

PHASE 01

Discovery & planning

Kickoff and stakeholder alignment, review of your existing material, course structure and assessment strategy, and the technical and hosting architecture. We define the reporting fields here, at the start, because retrofitting them later is the most common source of rework.

PHASE 02

Content structuring

Your existing training becomes modular digital content with a logical progression, knowledge checks, and an assessment distributed across the modules. Where a second language is needed, both versions are structured together rather than translated at the end.

PHASE 03

Platform build

LMS configuration, authentication and access workflows, modules built out, scoring and completion rules, certificate generation, the reporting layer with CSV export, and the administrative dashboard your team will actually use.

PHASE 04

Testing & QA

Functional, usability, and performance testing; reporting outputs validated against real data rather than assumed; accessibility testing; cross-browser and cross-device checks; and a stakeholder review round with time budgeted to act on it.

PHASE 05

Deployment & launch

Production deployment, live access and authentication configured, uptime monitoring in place, and administrative training for the people who will run it day to day — with documentation they can use after we have gone quiet.

PHASE 06

Maintenance & support

Performance and availability monitoring, ticketed technical support, content updates as the material changes, platform and security patching, backups, and help with reporting or export needs as they come up.

RECORDS & REPORTING

The part that matters when someone asks for proof

Tracking is a core system function, not a plugin bolted on afterwards. Every participant record carries what you need to demonstrate the training actually happened.

  • Tracked at every level — enrolment, module progression, assessment attempts and scores, final completion, certificate issuance.
  • Your identifier, not ours — records key on whatever unique ID your organization issues, so exports line up with your existing systems.
  • Near real-time verification — completion events update immediately, so staff can confirm fulfilment without waiting on a report.
  • Exports and scheduled reports — CSV on demand or delivered on a schedule, in the shape your systems expect.
  • Auditable — completion events are logged, so a certificate can always be traced back to the activity behind it.

ACCESSIBILITY & LANGUAGE

Training for everyone

If the training is required, then being unable to use it is a real problem — not an edge case. Accessibility is built into the foundation rather than retrofitted once someone complains.

  • WCAG-aligned from the start — semantic structure, keyboard operability, contrast and typography, labelled controls, alternative text.
  • Tested with a screen reader, not just passed through an automated scan tool.
  • Bilingual or multilingual — content, navigation, assessments, and system messages in every language you offer.
  • Switch language mid-course without losing progress or starting over.
  • Any device, no install — desktop, tablet, or phone, over whatever connection the learner has.
  • Available around the clock, so people can complete it when the work day allows.

AFTER LAUNCH

It keeps working after we hand it over

A training platform is not a project that ends at launch. Content changes, WordPress moves, and people need help. Support runs through a ticketing system, with response targets and coverage agreed per engagement.

  • Monitoring — uptime and performance watched continuously, so we usually know before you do.
  • Ticketed support for administrators and end users, with an escalation path behind it.
  • Platform maintenance — updates, security patches, and backups handled as a matter of course.
  • Content updates as the material changes, or training so your team can make them.
  • Documentation and admin training at launch, written for the people who will actually run it.
